What control means

Claimed uses “holder,” “own,” and “ownership” conversationally. A claim or paid takeover grants platform-defined control of a number's locker, not legal title, intellectual-property rights, or permanent property ownership. You control a locker until you release it, your account or content is acted on under these terms, or another user takes it at the next displayed price.

Takeovers and prices

The checkout identifies the number, current amount, and next-holder mechanic before payment. Prices advance according to Claimed's published system. A permanent number URL and history can remain after your control ends.

Payments and refunds

Completed paid takeovers are generally final because control transfers immediately and changes marketplace state. A failed or canceled payment does not transfer control. Claimed may investigate duplicates, fraud, disputes, or cases where Stripe shows payment but ownership is not confirmed. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Content and accounts

You are responsible for content and links you publish and must follow the Content Rules. Claimed may remove content, disable links, suspend or ban accounts, or forfeit locker control to protect users and the service. Availability is not guaranteed and maintenance or incident controls may temporarily stop claims, payments, or uploads.

Physical rewards

Wood or Metal editions commemorate a qualifying acquisition. They do not prove current ownership, legal title, or permanent control. Fulfillment depends on eligibility, accurate shipping information, and availability.

Legal review

Warranty, liability, governing-law, dispute, age, tax, and business-identity terms must be completed by qualified counsel before public launch. This draft makes no unverified compliance claim.
