Privacy Policy

Effective August 19, 2026. This policy describes Claimed's current V1 behavior and should be reviewed by qualified counsel for every launch jurisdiction.

Information we use

We process account credentials through our authentication provider, public display names and optional HTTPS profile links, locker content, moderation reports, Watchlist choices, notification preferences, and operational logs. Anonymous ownership hides your identity from public product surfaces; it does not make the transaction anonymous to Claimed.

Payments and rewards

Stripe processes payment details. Claimed retains transaction references, amounts, status, and the records needed to operate and investigate takeovers, but does not store complete card numbers. If you qualify for a physical reward, we use the shipping information you submit to fulfill it and restrict it from public access.

Analytics, moderation, and email

We collect limited product events such as locker views, searches, claims, and checkout outcomes. Analytics excludes locker text, images, email addresses, shipping addresses, and payment identifiers. Uploaded content may be checked by safety providers and reviewed by moderators. We send account and marketplace notifications according to your settings.

Retention and deletion

You may delete your account from Settings. Public locker content, profile data, Watchlist entries, and notification delivery are removed or disabled as described in the product. Transaction and moderation records may be retained where needed for fraud prevention, disputes, safety, and legal obligations. Backups expire on their normal retention schedule.

Service providers and contact

We use service providers for hosting, database, storage, authentication, payments, email, analytics, monitoring, and content safety. Claimed is operated by BeeHive Creatives, owned by Mirza Slatina, at Armije RBiH 13, 71000 Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
